（前書き） 昨年は女性Vocalのポップスが大ヒットし、「９９年は女性Vocalが大活躍」などといわれました。 しかし、私に言わせればそれは「広義の女Vo.」の話であって、「狭義の女Vo.」つまり 女性Singer/Songwriter系の人々は多いに苦戦した１年でした。 私はこの現状を厳しく受け止め、このような企画に至った次第です。 | |||
